  • Trip Changes and Subsistutions
    We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or other aspects of the service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, transportation strikes, or other force majeure events. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternative arrangements, but we cannot guarantee them. We also reserve the right to substitute a different tour leader or instructor if necessary.
  • What if someone in my party doesn't play pickleball?
    If someone in your party does not play pickleball please be sure to inform us upon booking and we will be sure to make special accommodations for them. Our goal is for everyone to have a memorable and enjoyable trip!
  • Can you organize a trip specific to my group?
    Yes, Luxury Pickleball Vacations can organize a trip exclusively for your group. Our team can tailor the itinerary and services to meet your specific needs and preferences. We can work with you to create a customized travel package that includes exclusive use of accommodations, transportation, activities, and other services. Please contact us to discuss your group's needs and to receive a personalized quote for your customized trip.
  • Am I required to have travel insurance?
    While it is not required it is highly recommended that our clients purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Travel insurance can cover unexpected expenses, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

    Our luxury pickleball vacations are designed for pickleball enthusiasts of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Our trips are also ideal for couples, groups of friends, and families who are looking for a unique and memorable vacation experience.

We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or any other form of inappropriate behavior. Clients who violate our code of conduct may be asked to leave the tour or event without refund. We reserve the right to take legal action against clients who engage in illegal or unethical behavior.

We work with reputable vendors and partners who have a proven track record of providing safe and secure services. We also provide our clients with information on local laws, customs, and safety measures. In the event of an emergency, we have procedures in place to ensure our clients' well-being.
  • Cancellation Policy
    At Luxury Pickleball Vacations, we strive to provide exceptional service and experiences for our clients, while also protecting our business and vendors. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation by the client: If a client cancel 90 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date, they will receive a 75% refund If a client cancels 60 to 89 days prior to the scheduled departure date, they will receive a 50 % refund If a client cancels 30 to 59 days prior to the scheduled departure date, they will receive a 50% transferrable credit to their account to use for another trip If a client cancels less than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, they will not be eligible to receive a refund. We highly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that may result in cancellation or interruption of travel plans. By booking a trip with Luxury Pickleball Vacations, clients agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we will work with clients on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution.
  • Privacy Policy
    We take our clients' privacy very seriously. We collect personal information from our clients for the sole purpose of providing them with the best possible service. We do not share or sell our clients' personal information to third parties, except as required by law. We use industry-standard security measures to protect our clients' personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
  • Intellectual Property Policy
    At Luxury Pickleball Vacations, we own all rights to our website content, images, and branding. You may not use our content, images, or branding without our express written permission. We take intellectual property infringement very seriously and will take legal action to protect our rights.
  • Assumption of Risk and Release Liability
    Participating in our services involves certain risks, such as physical injury, illness, or property damage. By booking and participating in our services, you assume these risks and agree to release Luxury Pickleball Vacations and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or damage arising from or related to the service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
